The Simon Charitable Foundation is seeking a Program Administrator to provide administrative, logistical, and technical support to the New Mexico Simon Scholars Program team and The Foundation as needed.  This is a full-time position with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support program events and activities by booking event facilities including, but not limited to, venues, lodging, transportation, chaperones, drivers, and caterers.
  • Procure supplies for events and activities.
  • Process scholarships and stipends for the Program in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain digital and physical files for the Program.
  • Draft and distribute statistical reports to company stakeholders.
  • Maintain the constituent database.
  • Maintain the organization’s administrative policies and procedures manual.
  • Organize and arrange publication of newsletters.
  • Assist with the organization’s compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Technologically proficient
  • A degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or similar is a plus

Working Conditions

  • This position works in an office environment in Santa Fe, NM.
  • This position works a standard work week 9-5, Monday-Friday.
  • This is not a remote position.
